Representation of Characters

Our band will appear in our music video as the protagonists - but as the band members, and not as characters in a story. This means that they need to be represented in keeping with their band image.

Our band members will be wearing dark clothes (greys and blacks) and casual, to stick with our chosen genre of Pop Punk. However, I will be attempting to create a band identity by using several silhouette shots, and hope that our band can be instantly recognisable, as each of us has a distinguishable characteristic.

In the location shoot, I wore black jeans, and a long sleeved plain grey t-shirt. Jack, the other member, wore a pair of grey jeans and a black shirt. As well as this, I wore red and black Airwalks while Jack wore slim converse, adding to the identity of each of the members.

This is the sort of thing that i would like to try; in Gorillaz, they each have a certain image, and recreating this, whilst being "the same, but different" (G. Burton), will be resourceful.
